Tivo not setting up! disconnected on the phone 4 TIMES! new customer, worst service ever!
Worst service ever! had our new 100mb Broadband, TV and phone installed today.
the tech guys couldn't finish the install as the servers were down. (left me and my family without TV and Broadband all day). Servers finally repaired at 8pm. tried connecting the Tivo box. keep getting error code C119 and keep getting prompted to check cables and reset. Iv been calling the service centre since 8, every time I get through to the call centre I get disconnected! now the phone lines are about to go offline and iv still not got through to anyone! absolutely appalled with the shocking service so far from Virgin!
