Tivo - no network connection

My tivo box has a flashing green light and is unable to connect to the network, so no TV.

I've also lost internet connection to my hub. I've tried resetting both several times, no joy.

I would ring this through to the help line but my landline is currently down awaiting repair next week...doh!

So all my Virgin services are currently not working.

Anybody any ideas?!

Hi if you have a mobile phone. Who doesn't these days use that if you want the problem solved use that
