For the past two days I am having to switch my Tivo box off at the mains and restart it as it keeps freezing. I wonder if one of the virgin moderators might know why this is? The playback of recordings is also quite jumpy at times.
Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you are having an issue with your TiVo® box crashing.
Checking things at this end I can see your power levels, SNR Levels and input levels all need adjusting. We'll need to get an engineer out to get things tuned in correctly.
