Tivo box is pixalating on many channels and no picture at all on some standard HD channels. Connections are ok. Box is turned off fully when not in use never left on standby.
The box should be left in standby when not in use - sound like you have signal issues which will need a visit.
If i dial 150 they just want to re set the box. How do i talk to someone?

I'd like to thank you for your post, and say that I'm really sorry to hear that your TiVo® is suffering from pixalation on many channels, and that some channels have no picture at all.
I've done some testing on your TiVo® and can see an issue with low signal levels feeding the TiVo® so I'd like to arrange for a technician to call out and investigate further for you.
