Tivo internet connection

Hi I have been trying to  watch on demand but my tivo wont connect to internet and keeps showing code C130 network availability, I have disconnected both router and tivo box from mains and also reset tivo but still dosnt work, Does anyone have any ideas

Thanks for posting in the community.

 

I can see there are some signal issues here which might be causing this so I would like to arrange for one of our engineers to investigate this further.
