Ordered a Tivo box from Virgin on Wed 23rd, Nov for delivery on Sat 26th.Nov
Yodel was meant to send me a tracking number on Saturday morning, I did not receive any email or text message. Waited in from 8am to 6pm No delivery. Rang Virgin, they supplied me with a tracking number. Entered the number on Yodel's web site to find that they haven't even collected the Tivo from Virgin. When it will arrive I have no idea. Thank you.
