Tivo cut off before contract runs out.

I phoned up yesterday to downgrade my package so it had no tv and the chap on the phone said it would change in 30 days from now.

Have tried watching something on my box and the error code c8ac620033961bf has come up.

The box has told me I no longer have a Virgin tv account.

 

Has anyone else had this problem does it mean I have lost the 30 days I paid for?

Any help appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear that your TV service has gone off too soon.  If it's the case you have been disconnected straight away then you won't be charged for the 30 day period.

 

If you would like to have the service restored for the 30 days, give our retentions team a call on 150 Free from your Virgin Landline or have a chat with our online chat team via Contact Us Select: TV > TIVO® > CHAT ONLINE 

 

Get in touch and we can confirm what's happened and take any necessary actions to rectify this for you.  Let me know how you get on Smiley Happy
