I'm still getting problems lastnight I was using channel numbers on remote and no channels numbers appeared and TV guide is still sticking whilst going down and up its still sticking I tried reboot any other users getting this still getting issues please test the box

I have been running some tests and i would like to ask if any of the boxes were turned off as I suspect a fault. If you can have a little look inside your Inbox, you'll see I've sent you a Private Message. You can find this at the top right of the page, purple envelope.
i got in touch with help team they said the tivo is not showing any signs off fault but there working on this outrage off tivo playing up told em symptoms what i was having so really if the box is at fault on your system then we will take it from there jonni
