Tivo c130 Warwickshire

My tivo box is coming up with c130 even though it can still be seen by my v6 box. It can't find any channels and can't be seen on the app.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your TiVo®.

 

I've run diagnostics on the box and but I can't seem to pull any data from it. Are you still seeing the same error on screen?

Yes I'm still experiencing the same issue. Should I try connecting it to the v6 cable and see if it's an issue with the cable

Hi Sprince83,

 

Unless the cable has been cut or pinched then it's unlikely going to be the cable, although it could be the signal levels.I'd like to arrange for a technician to check it out for you.
