Tivo box

Hi I recently bought my virgin package and I only set up my tivo box a month later and it's on the start up screen all the boxes are ticked except the verifying one it keeps saying connection failed try again I've tried again 6 times now and I've allready called twice to activate my account what should I do

I think that the box needs to be activated on your account when first installed or if it has been disconnected for a long time. You need to call VM.
