Tivo box

Hi, for the past while I have had random shows which I have recorded that when I have gone to watch them I get this error message

"The TiVo box was not able to record this programme because there was no video signal on the channel. You may have been trying to record on a channel that you don't receive"

This is obviously wrong as the shows were  on BBC and Channel 5 so can you advise what the problem might be?

Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. I'm sorry to that you are having a problem with your TiVo® recordings.

I've been able to run remote testing to your equipment and can see a problem with the TiVo® tuner, which will cause a problem with recordings. I'd like to arrange an engineer visit so that we can get this fixed for you.
