Tivo box

For the past week the service keeps sticking, it then comes up with a blue screen saying no signal and then switches to "starting up". It can happen more than once in a day and can take up to 10 minutes to get the service back. Have tried switching off and on again but that doesn't seem to fix the problem. It's very frustrating, any ideas on how to sort this?

I am sorry to read that you've been experiencing some issues. I would like to run some tests and enter the account to see what's been going on.
