Thank you for your message, I'm sorry that the TiVo has been freezing at times. I have been able to test the TV services and they are coming back with some errors on the hard drive as initially thought bt Jb66.
Whilst testing I was also able to see that there is an ongoing issues of an SNR fault, (Signal to Noise Ratio). This will be attributing to your freezing as mentioned in your post. Whilst you will need an engineer to help resovle the hard drive I have listed the details of the outage:-
