after months of being slow and noisy i phoned up to get them to check it.........yes was a hard drive fault so new box would be sent now was told the box would be delivered yesterday (saturday) by Yodel, i waited in all day and no box came, now why tell me its coming that day and it does not? my day was totally wasted, so now no idea when the box will arrive!
