Oh dear. I wouldn't have had any hesitation about calling VM and getting this sorted. Sounds like the box has failed. It happens.
You'll get the off-shore centres tonight but it is worth a call. They can book you a tech to change the box. They might try a re-set signal. Make sure the box is on when you phone.
You can wait until a member of the Forum Team picks this up. Might take a day or so.
