Tivo box won't respond

Hi,

My son's trying to watch TV, but the Tivo box doesn't want to work!

We've unplugged it, reset it and all to no avail.  We've had different sequences of lights showing or flashing on the front.  We now just have 2 green lights on the left, nothing else.  Our TV screen's just flat blue. 

My boy's fed up!

Heeelp, please!

Not saying this is definitely the issue but it could well be, if it is the case the issue is easily fixed with a new power supply but I would think Virgin will do an engineer visit so best to phone up ASAP

Hello Evanss,

 

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your TiVo® box and a warm welcome to the community.

 

Now this could be down to a number of factors but I just want to confirm if your TV is on the correct source channel? If you're unsure of how to do this let me know and I can go through it with you.

 

Also is your TiVo® connected using a SCART or HDMI cable? it's always worth making sure nothing has become loose because this is another cause of picture loss.
