My Tivo box has been stuck on 'updating stage 1 of 3' for the last couple of hours. Have tried a reboot which hasn't resolved this.
Would be grateful if someone could look at this as soon as possible.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your TiVo®.
I've run some checks on the box and it's showing Offline form this end. I'll need to send a technician to look at this for you.
