All I get is the 'Starting upl message, one blue LED and one flashing red LED.
Been out all day, but came home to a start up screen. Been like this for the past hour, tried unplugging and resetting. Has 3 green lights, 2 red and 1 blue.
Well, you beat me on lights . : .
Been on the phone with virgin, seems box is knackered. Engineer Coming out monday

Hi Collette, we cancelled the engineer as the box seemed to sort itself out overnight. Everything seems OK now.
