Tivo box stuck on "Starting Up"

Hi All

Just returned from holiday and turned on my Tivo box. It was reporting that it couldn't display channels. Before I checked for a fault with the service I tried rebooting the box. 

It is now showing the starting up message with one blue light (far right) and an intermittent flashing red light (second from last light on right).

Can someone advise if this is likely to be due to the service being down or a fault on the box and how you go about sorting this.

Have tried calling Virgin only to be told to call later - AWFUL SERVICE! !

A warm welcome to our community and I hope you had a lovely holiday Smiley Happy

I just wanted to pop by and see how things are today with the TiVo®.  I hope all is working ok, if the box was turned off for a period of time it may have had some trouble loading as it was processing all the updates that it will have received during the time it was offline.
