For the last few months my Tivo box has been so unresponsive I'm beginning to think I should cancel and move to Sky. Re booting has no effect. I understand even changing the box will have no effect. When will a new box be available that can cope. All my friends are having exactly the same problem so it is not just my service. Perhaps it is time to change providers,

It just restart the UI. Bit of "turn off and on again LITE VERSION". Pathetic really. Makes no difference at all. Why not company give proper help desk to take complaint and fix problem like normal companys, instead ignoring cusomters?
