I have only had the box just over a week, but every evening at 7:15 the box shuts down and reboots itself. Is this normal?

I'm really sorry to hear that the TiVo® is acting up. Rebooting every night is not on the specs so lets get this sorted for you
I've taken a look at your account to see what's going on and can see you are having some signal issues. There are a few timeouts too that we'll need to address.
We will need to get an engineer out to get these things resolved so I have sent you a private message to arrange a suitable appointment for you
