I'm really sorry to hear that your TiVo® is causing an issue. This isn't how it's meant to work.
Checking the stats on the box, I'm not seeing anything wrong when it comes to the power / signal levels. They are great and there aren't any timeouts on the box either. I can see that the hard drive status has some issues though so I would like to arrange for an engineer to come out and do a box swap.
