Help! Been getting Error w02 on one of my boxes, after a month of calling CS, tech came out and said tuners were faulty so sent me a new box. This one's just the same! Maybe the power levels?
Since then my other box has started failing, picture breaks up and freezes when fast forwarding or reviewing..... very frustrating.
Tried calling the offshore team, useless!
Can VM please send me another box to replace this second faulty one, hopefully before the tech arrives next week?
