When I switched on television this evening i got a green screen with the following message...
"The DVR has detected a serious problem and is now attempting to fix it.
This will take about 3 hours.
PLEASE DO NOT UNPLUG OR RESTART DVR"
After a few minutes the green screen disappears and I get the normal startup screen. it then returns to the same green screen and this cycle continues.
I am concerned it has been doing this all day whilst I was at work. Should I leave it for a while and see if it recovers or call up customer support now ?

I'm sorry to hear about the TiVo not starting up, I'd like to help and from my initial tests I can see that it's showing offline and you will need to have an engineer.
