Today we were watching something that we'd recorded on our tivo box then suddenly our programme stopped. The remote wouldn't work so I restarted the box. Now the box won't start up and the engineer isn't coming out until Tuesday 13 December. I'm assuming that the box is faulty but will the engineer be able to put our hard drive into a new box? Oh and I'm assuming I'll get a reduction on my bill if I've had no TV service for 6 days!
