Tivo box doesn't record

I have kept it on power on all times with no sleep or standby and last night just recorded 4 mins of Mrs browns boys and went off, terrible service we are receiving at the moment

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. Apologies to hear you are having an issue recording from your TiVo® box. 

 

I've taken a look at your account to see what's been going on here and the good news is your signal and power levels for your TiVo® as spot on. I can see a few timeouts on there which means the box has reset. I'm wondering if this is the reason your programmes haven't recorded. 

 

As mentioned by Parrotperson, what does it say in the recording hiccups? 

Do you have any other examples of shows that haven't recorded? 

 

Come back and let us know so we can investigate further.

Hi,

I've had the same problem with the timer recordings, but since leaving the TiVo on all the time all timer programmes have recorded in full as expected. I also recorded Mrs Browns Boys last night and my TiVo did record the whole programme.
