This started about a month ago and has gradually got worse. It would crash every other day and now it's crashing every 10 minutes - i after reading a few issues on here, it seems to be a common problem. So the question is, I if I'm no longer under contract, does this mean it's a chargeable repair?,

It does sound like you need a technician which are free of charge but I'll need to gain access to your account to book the appointment so if you click on the purple envelope at the top right of your screen you will see a message waiting for you with further details.
