Can you describe some of the issues you're experiencing in detail for me? Is the box just running generally slow or does it stop responding entirely? Do you get any issues with your live picture or recordings?

I am currently looking at whether indeed it is possible to have a good on demand hidef streaming service via 10mb modem.
This is what comes in the TIVO box. My experience tells me this is simply not fast enough and this is why there are so many problems with TIVO.
Why aren't VM owning up to this instead of keep asking people to explain in detail exactly what the problem is. The exactly problem is that you're over selling your product and at the moment it is not fit for purpose.
