Tivo box bufferin

Had new box installed yet iv lost on demand and wen i choose a channel it buffers now the internet has crashed only get 20 mbps

Really sorry to hear you've had trouble with your TV and Broadband.

I've located your account and I can see you've had a technician out to fix this for you. I've run diagnostics on your equipment and everything is looking healthy on this end now.

Yes still have problems iv tryed some of the reboot steps ie settings network connect to virgin
Done home thumbs down thumbs up play button
Still have same problem

Can you describe some of the issues you're experiencing in detail for me? Is the box just running generally slow or does it stop responding entirely? Do you get any issues with your live picture or recordings?

I select at channel and you get the loading o takes few mins to load if i try using netflix it takes ages to come on

I am currently looking at whether indeed it is possible to have a good on demand hidef streaming service via 10mb modem.

This is what comes in the TIVO box. My experience tells me this is simply not fast enough and this is why there are so many problems with TIVO.

Why aren't VM owning up to this instead of keep asking people to explain in detail exactly what the problem is. The exactly problem is that you're over selling your product and at the moment it is not fit for purpose.

What can we do about it?
