hello, just had new V6 Tivo box and new router installed. "Old" Tivo box moved upstairs to bedroom and connected to network.
old Tivo box recognises and can watch programmes on new V6, but new V6 box recognises the old Tivo but cannot show any information on it, and has error code c423 "can't connect"
boxes are connected to router via TP Link extenders

Sorry to hear you're having trouble streaming between boxes.
Are you still experiencing the same error? Sometimes it can take a little while for the boxes to properly provision after they've been installed.
