On our second, new but infrequently used,Tivo box when I start it up it seems to get stuck in a start up loop. Waking the unit from stand-by It runs through a long start up process which ends up with all the lights lit on the box. It then starts again and repeats the sequence.This has happened every day for the last week.The only way to get the box to boot correctly is to turn off the power at the mains for a short time and then switch it on. When I come to use it the next day the same thing happens. Is it time I requested an engineer visit?
Thanks for your post and apologies to hear that you're not having much luck getting your TiVo® out of standby with a full reboot.
I've taken a look at the account and currently I'm not getting any signal from your box at all.
We will need an engineer to take a look at this for you.
