Tivo Netflix app unusable

HI, I've been watching Netflix through tivo since the app was launched without any real issue. However in the last week it has become unusable. Constantly crashing after a few minutes and buffering at 25%. I've tried rebooting and messing with various settings without success. Any ideas please as is becoming rather troublesome?

this happened with my tivo but with youtube its the power levels someone needs to sort out

Thank you for coming in and posting your message about the Netflix, I would like to apologise for the disruptions in the viewing pleasure.

 

I can see that there is somewhat of an over demand right now for services in the area and more specifically, any online TiVo® interactive services will be a bit slow at certain times of the day. I've included some information about this and a review date:-

Thanks for the reply however with all due respect this is nonsense. I work shifts and still have the same problem at 01.30hrs on a Tuesday morning, hardly s period of high demand? To make matters worse pass numerous billboards on the way home advertising Netflix via Virgin (narcos). A service you are clearly not able to offer with any reliability!
