HI, I've been watching Netflix through tivo since the app was launched without any real issue. However in the last week it has become unusable. Constantly crashing after a few minutes and buffering at 25%. I've tried rebooting and messing with various settings without success. Any ideas please as is becoming rather troublesome?

I can see that there is somewhat of an over demand right now for services in the area and more specifically, any online TiVo® interactive services will be a bit slow at certain times of the day. I've included some information about this and a review date:-

Thanks for the reply however with all due respect this is nonsense. I work shifts and still have the same problem at 01.30hrs on a Tuesday morning, hardly s period of high demand? To make matters worse pass numerous billboards on the way home advertising Netflix via Virgin (narcos). A service you are clearly not able to offer with any reliability!
