Tivo Fault

My Tivo has developed a fault. Nothing is showing up on the screen screen apart from the ''Starting Up'' message immediately after a reboot. Goes through the reboot sequence & then 2 green lights are showing  on the left hand side of the Tivo but nothing at all is displayed on the screen in response to any selections made with the remote control.

Unable to do a Service Status Test as "My Virgin Media" is down.

I will leave the box on for any tests you wish to carry out.

Sorry to hear you're having TiVo® trouble.

 

I've run a diagnostic on your box and it seems to be online and working at the moment. Are you still having problems with the box?
