Tivo Fault Diagnosis

I have requested a fault diagnosis on my TIVo via 150 as it is stuck on "Starting up..."; but how will I know when it completes?  All I see are three lights on the left of the box, one on the right and "Starting up..." on the screen.  Had expected a little light show, but it all seems pretty inactive.

What did they say exactly when you rang? It shouldn't take too long. Another phone call might be reqd I'm afraid.

Yep, called again and technician coming this afternoon.
