I'm sorry to hear that your recorded playbacks aren't working correctly, I will be happy to help check this out for you.
I have taken a look at your box remotely and I can see in the hard drive status there are errors that will be causing this fault. Given you ave already cleared the drive previously and the fault is still present, I will need to arrange for an engineer to resolve this for you.
