Tivo Disk issue ?

Hi there,

Was ready to leave virgin to join BT but got offered a good retention deal so staying for another 12 months,

Have had a problem with recordings for a wee while now, stuttering and freezing on playback.

Did a complete reset and lost everything in the process but the problem persists.

 

Is it possible for some diagnostic to be ran to check the drive, reckon it will need to be swapped.

is it only recording sor live TV as well

Its recordings only, normal TV and on demand is OK

I'm sorry to hear that your recorded playbacks aren't working correctly, I will be happy to help check this out for you.

 

I have taken a look at your box remotely and I can see in the hard drive status there are errors that will be causing this fault.  Given you ave already cleared the drive previously and the fault is still present, I will need to arrange for an engineer to resolve this for you.
