Tivo C130 Error

We had a new Tivo box delivered to replace V+ box. This is set up and working fine. We then moved our old tivo Box upstairs,which TV works fine,however no on demand etc (C130 Error). Box was working fine until moving it and upgrade to services. Any help? The Box that isn't working has the viewing card in the back.
