Tivo Box

I have two Tivo boxes, both of which are causing me problems since your recent updates. Firstly they are very slow to respond to any command. Secondly they are recording new episodes under my series link but multiple times so I can end up with five or six episodes of the same programme. It seems the slowness is well known now by users but what are you doing about it and why is it recording all these multiple episodes?

I have tried all the suggested remedies for my slow Tivo Box but to no avail. What really bugs me most is not just that it is slow but that it is recording the same programmes multiple times despite it being NEW ONLY. To add insult to injury Virgin Media have the gall to increase their prices AGAIN. That makes three price rises this year!
