I have just got a TiVo box and it worked fine for first day then had message updating 1 of 3 and it is now stuck on update 1. Is anybody else experiencing same problem. Engineer wont be out for 4 days. Not very good service.
Mm. Did they not tell you to reboot it? That's usually the standard thing. You may have a duff box of course or a signal/cabling issue that needs an engineer.
