Tivo Box won't connect

For quite some time my Tivo Box is unable to connect to a network, it gets to the 'Loading info' stage and freezes at 4%. The effect of this is that I have no TV guide and all of my recorded shows keep pausing every 10/15 seconds. There are 2 other Tivo boxes in the household both of which aren't encountering the same problem.

It's worth noting that I tried the restart option in the settings and recieved a 'C501' error message when the box restarted!

I'm sorry to hear that your TiVo® box isn't connecting to the service right now.   I'll be happy to help check this out for you.

I would like to ask if there's been some change in the services and that you've been able to connect? I have some information to help resolve any EPG issues below:-

 

To see your network settings:

  1. Press Home on your TiVo remote
  2. Select Help & Settings.
  3. Choose Settings.
  4. Select Network.
  5. Choose Connect to the Virgin Media Service now.
