Tivo Box rebooting

I have seen a few posts with a similar problem.

My Cisco Tivo box reboots itself every now and again - before the latest update, and it hasn't bothered me until now, however, today the update was downloaded....and the box has rebooted itself twice whilst I have been watching the TV.  It took several hours to get the tv program listings to download.(programs will not record unless the listings are downloaded)  for a superspeed broadband service?  that is not very good at all.

Anyone else with this problem currently.

Hi. Technician replaced box, so lost all recordings. Had to be done but not exactly happy with the reason. Technically it need not happen. HDD's should last quite some time. Hopefully the next edition of these boxes will have SSD?
