The green light on my TV is flashing (under the heart) tried rebooting many times, called virgin who reset this. It is an issue with catch up and on demand. Works for a bit then stops. This has been going on for a while now. Does anyone have any ide how to fix this?

i am sorry that there's been a hiccup on the services in the home, this isn't the best when there's been some interruptions. I have been looking into all services and it's not showing to be connected to the network currently.
