We have just had Virgin fitted and are having a number of issues with the TiVo box. The box is crashing on a regular basis normally when we are watching something that has been recorded or something that is coming from one of the streaming services.
We will be watching the program and then at some point all the lights go red (3 on the left and 3 on the right) and then the box will turn off.
This disrupts what we are watching (especially streaming as it doesnt remember what the last position of the program we where watching) and also causes a break in anything that was currently being recorded.
Is there anything that can be checked to see if this is a problem with the box, we have only had it a few days and this really shouldnt be happening already.
