Yesterday I received my free Tivo upgrade box. I went through the process and upon installation I always get error 7011 on the IP configuration part. I rang a couple of times and they re-sent signals but to no avail. An engineer is coming but that is on the 9th March which we can all agree is a little far away. Is there anything that can be attempted from here like boosting the signal maybe and I can then try again. If successful I can then just cancel the appointment. Thankyou.

I've located your account and attempted to fix the issue. I've sent activation signals to the box but it doesn't seem to be responding. Unfortunately, we'll need to wait for the technician to take a look.
