Can someone from support check my levels as this has been going on for 2 weeks now. I'm just asking if someone can check my signal.
I've posted several times on the fourms and stll not one person from virgin support has responded.
I've seen many people post after me and get replies within hours and a week later still nothing .
I've been with Virgin for over 15 years but I think with this poor customer service I will be moving to Sky at least they seem to be interested in talking to me.
All I want is someone to check my levels/signals etc and answer is a 50% signal strength on all tuners is okay.
