Tivo Activation

Hi, I have received my Tivo box and tried activating via the automated line, all works fine until they ask ' to activate please press 1' which i have done and then it says' im sorry we cannot activate at this time, please try again' 

 

Just wondering if anyone else is experiences this?

the same problem, asked what is going on, they said they have an isssue and after 18:00 will be ok, nearly 19 and still the same

Thank you it seems to have fixed the problem now, even though the automated line is still saying they cant do it??

 

Just have to get through to a human i suppose Smiley Happy
