Tivo 7400

Hi. I keep getting a message saying there's an issue with my connection. I've tried rebooting it a number of times and have left it powered off a number of hours. Still no joy. Any advice would be appreciated

I've had a peek at your account and I can see you've spoken to our team. They've sent a signal hit to your box to try and fix the problem. If you're still experiencing the same issue then we'll need to send a technician.
