Tito and V HD

Why does my bill show a fee for my Tivo and a V HD fee. My V HD box was disconnected 6 weeks ago and replaced with a new Tivo box

I can understand some confusion here and I would like to ask if the TiVo was added after the billing date was presented? If that was the case, the next bill wouldn't have been updated. I would give us a call on 150/ 0345 454 1111 and just ask the team to give the bill a check over Smiley Happy
