Title not available

Hi,

I've been on holiday and turned on the Tivo and all I have is 'Title not available', I presume that this is temporary or do I have an issue?

If you've been away longer than two weeks, the TV guide information that was loaded into the box when you left has now expired.

You can kick-start the process of repopulating your TiVo guide by going through the following options:

Home>Help & Settings>Network>Connect to Virgin Media Network Now

Was your TiVo powered off while you were on holiday?

If so, it will take time for your EPG to re-populate but only on a day by day basis. Last week will not re-populate.

Yes I powered it down so I hoped that it was temporary, thank you for responding so quickly.
