TiVo

Hi. Just joined virgin yesterday. Annoyed when known problem with v6 box ( elementary programme fault) however - even more annoyed to find that my TiVo box in another room is stuck on starting up. I've checked all connections and switched on and off several times - to no avail. Do I have to call an engineer on the 2nd day if having Virgin Media? Not ideal start!!

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's really great having you on board with us in the Community. 

 

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue with your TiVo® box since having the V6 box installed Smiley Sad 

 

I've gone in to the account to check the stats and it looks as though there are some issues with the downstream power levels. We'll need an engineer to come out to adjust these.
