TiVo

All of a sudden my TiVo box will not record any of my series links or one off recordings from Standby. I reported this but after several minutes of checking was just told to leave box on all the time. This is not a satisfactory answer. If it was working fine before then surely something must be wrong?

I have just reset the box. It is now set to record a programme at 1.30 so will see if the issue has been resolved. Will keep you posted. Thank you.

If you have not reset the TiVo recently, do so now to see if the issue is resolved.
