Yes. many times Latest fix is now 10/5 at 2200.. I have never known VM to take so long to fix a fault. I was thinking of ditching VMs TV service and using my freeview/freesat on a PVR.

That fault is for Catchup and On Demand.

If your TiVo has been off for two weeks, you need to report your individual fault or it will go unresolved.

... so if your TiVo is not recording, you are suffering from a problem in addition to what is showing on Service Status. You need to report your additional problem so that someone attends to getting it fixed.

Hi there egph, 

I'm really sorry to hear that you've been experiencing some issues with your TiVo® on Demand Catch Up and recording services. 

I've done some investigations into this, and can see that our Network technicians are currently working on getting things back up and running with the reference F004389143 - the estimated fix time for this is set as 4pm on 16/05.
